His prayer tonight-
"Deaw Fodda, Dank you dis day. Pwease bwess go airwpwane seum and go see astronaut. Dis my goodnight pweawa. Pwease bwess the carws and the trwucks. In the name of Christ amen".
Ah. I love it. I love their little sincere prayers. It makes my day to hear what he comes up with every night, with what is on his mind. I guess we better take him to the airplane museum again.
Warner got a baseball bat for Christmas-
It is a little plastic one. And he loves to throw a tennis ball to us so that we can then hit back to him with the bat. One time I accidentally hit him in the head and he just smiled. Whenever I or Jaron hit a good one he shouts "Yes! Home wunna!" I love it. He is such a boy. He loves all sports. Sometimes at night I like to flip on the news or surf the channels, and anytime I pass the sports channel, no matter what it is (baseball, basketball, football) Warner says "Dis one Mommy. Dis one!".
What else? Oh there are so many things in a day that he says that I just want to bottle up and save for later, but I don't ever remember to write them down. He is at such a sweet little age, and he is just so tender. On Sunday for the first time I think ever since he has been in nursery, the nursery leader, who is a friend of mine brought a sad Warner into me. She was holding him so tenderly and he was sniffling. I said "What happened?" She then explained that one of the new kids hit him, and she said "I thought no, don't hit my Warner. Anybody but my quiet little Warner who is so good and doesn't mess with anybody ever". She said when he got hit he didn't retaliate at all. He just stood their stunned and then started to cry. Oh my heart. Too bad, he is nothing like that when he is at home. He seriously wales on Liv like crazy, but I'm glad to know that he is good around others. He is my little sweetie though.
He has a bit of a cough lately, and just a few minutes ago he called me from the top of the stairs and said "Hey Mom? I need a dwink fow my cough." So, after I had given him a drink and some medicine, as he was walking up the stairs I heard him say "Danks fow helping me Mom. Danks fow helping me Mom".
Oh this boy has my heart in his pocket I tell you. What a little love.
