Goodbye Dayton Family

I have been writing and erasing my words for the past 30 minutes. I don't really know what to say, so I guess I'll just keep it simple.

This is Bobbi Dayton (pictured below). She is a dear friend. I love her and her family very much. She has taught me so many things about love and life and enjoying the moments. She has been an example to me of what matters most and on being kind and loving above all else. She is just one of those natural born, full of love, joyful spirits that uplifts everyone around her.

Her three girls became a part of my kids and my life. Both as I served them in primary and at home during the week with play dates, babysitting, and get togethers. I feel like I have watched them grow up and change in such amazing ways over the past three years.

They moved today. And I am sad and happy at the same time. Sad, for obvious reasons that I don't want to dwell on or it will make me cry, but happy because I know they get to enjoy a full year in the sunshine playing at the beach and Disneyland. My only prayer is the same that it is for all my friends that leave us, that they will somehow find their way back to Washington one day.

Now, I'm going to spend a few days sulking and crying so if I don't answer the phone you know why.

Cute Claire. She said to me "Um Jessica" in her soft little voice "Look I spelled Turkey".
Jane and Claire Dayton with Liv.
These two were the last left of their friends to not go to kindergarten and they have been attached at the hip all year. Dress ups, fairytales, barbies, princesses, tea parties, adventures. They were like two peas and a pod these two.

Cate Dayton with Jaron playing the drums. She was pretty good at them.

Sniff. Sniff.
