After only a twenty minute drive up to the look out of rock canyon, we set up a card table and chairs and had a lovely dinner at the place where Jaron proposed to me three years ago. On the menu was a yummy chicken salad, chips and salsa, and devils food cake with fresh whipped cream for dessert. It was absolutely wonderful!
After we finished eating we packed up our stuff and headed for the car to begin our drive along the hog's back road. The scenery was gorgeous. These pictures just don't do it justice.
This photo is real. The sky looked just like that. It looked like it was on fire!

Jess, that made me homesick! So many of my favorite things in one post. You, Liv, Jenn (okay, Jaron too), the mountains, and utah valley sunsets! Country road, take me home to the place where I belong!
Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous Jess. What a great night. And I must add, what a great cake that was.
So I take it the mohawk did not last. How sad. By the way, just call or email me whenever you want me to babysit!
Wow,
Incredible pictures Jess. You and Jaron know how to make the most out of life. Thanks for including Jenn. You both are wonderful!
Love,
Mom
Jess I have commented on your blogs you wierdo! I said something on the one with Jenny going to school. I don't know where it went... I look at your blog daily. You just barely posted new pictures. I love them! You should be a photographer. Your picnic looked like so much fun. I was wishing I was there :) Tell Jenny hi for me!
