One of my favorite parts of the day is after the kids have gone down, when I'm tiding up the house. I love it, because I often run into funny little things like the above picture which I found so nicely set up in my pantry ontop of my one month supply of food storage. I just love seeing little spots where I know Liv has been. The most common thing that I find after Liv and Warner has gone to bed is little creatures of various sorts swadled, wrapped, and lying on pillows, under blankets around the house. And when I say various sorts of creatures I don't just mean little baby dolls. Oh no, this little girl is definetely an equal opportunist. She wraps up all little things from mean-looking- dinasaurs, to little tiny batteries, to her violin. They all get treated with equal tenderness and kindness.
Seen and Heard:
*After falling down and then standing back up again in her bedroom I heard her first do a little happy snort, then tugging on her pants Liv said,
"Oops, my bum is falling down".
*In the kitchen, during lunch, Olivia looked up at me with wistful eyes and said
"Mom, can I go on a date with Dad when I grow up?"
Ahhh. So cute.

That is pretty sweet about Olivia swaddling up things like babies. I sure miss you guys. I'm glad you take time to do joyous things like go to the beach. Good for you.
Mom
