Oswald West State Park

We love this park so much we almost named our first born son Oswald. Here is what this state park has going for it:
NUMBER 1: It is a quarter of a mile hike down to a beautiful beach. The hike itself is fun and easy for the kids and is an eyeful of cool huge trees and beautiful plants. There are lots of big trees that have huge cavities in the middle of them for exploring. Also, since its a hike to get to the beach it keeps the crowds down. On this specific day we were one of the only people on the beach.
NUMBER 2: The beach itself is absolutely breathtaking.
NUMBER 3: It's a great surf spot. Usually.

See the black speck way out there in the water. It's not a seal, it is Jaron. Although I would understand if you sometimes get the two confused.
